This 8 hour course starts with the basics and progressively improves the students ability to defend themselves while building confidence in the use of their firearm. While the concealed carry course has a live fire range portion, it doesn’t take the shooter out of their comfort zone.
This course is designed to do just that. It challenges the student by providing various real world scenarios that the student could find themselves in. At the end of the day, the student is much more confident in using their firearm to defend themselves and their family.
The student will need a minimum of 500 rounds of ammunition to complete this course. We recommend bringing more.
This course is excellent training for beginners and experienced shooters alike.
No prior training or permits required to attend this course.
Pistol of choice
500 rounds of ammunition (recommended)
Pistol holster (mandatory)
Eye and ear protection
Comfortable clothing and shoes
Lunch snacks and drinks
Rain gear in case it rains
Note: this class take place at the range. There will be NO indoor (classroom) training.
To complete the concealed carry course, you must discharge a firearm. We understand that many students don’t yet have a pistol or they may want to try out some before buying their own. For this reason, we now offer pistol rentals which includes the ammunition needed to complete the course, not to exceed 50 rounds of ammunition. If more than 50 rounds of ammunition are needed, an additional $50 per 50 rounds must be paid. Note....most shooters complete the course with 50 rounds or less.
This must be purchased at least 7 days prior to the start of the class.
