Each instructor is a certified NRA Pistol Instructor and is certified to teach the NRA Basic Pistol Course. Additionally, they are certified by the La State Police to teach the La Concealed Handgun course. The lead instructor is a NRA Training Counselor, U.S. Army veteran and has more than 20 years of professional firearm training and experience.

Classes are are primarily taught in St Tammany Parish but are available for export to other locations.
